Heat Pump Installers UK was established in 2017 when Managing Director, Andrew Folan noticed other heat pump companies had been mis-selling systems to homeowners. Andrew set-up on his own to install quality systems at a fair rate.

RECC (Renewable Energy Consumer Code) is an organisation that checks our contracts and customer documentation to ensure we are selling our services morally and legally.
APHC
The APHC (Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors) offers support to us as a contractor. This additional support is then passed on to the end customer.
IWA Protection
For every installation we carry out, we provide deposit protection through IWA. This means that any deposits we take, you will be protected should we stop trading.
Approved Code
As a member of RECC, our documentation and procedures need to adhere to trading standards ensuring that we have the correct consumer protection.
