Refer a Friend Scheme – Terms & Conditions

Valid for quotes received between 1st June – 31st July 2025

We’re excited to offer our limited-time Refer a Friend scheme! Here's everything you need to know to take part:

1. Who Can Refer?

  • The scheme is open to existing customers who have previously had a heat pump installation or service completed by us.

  • There is no limit to how many friends you can refer, as long as each referral is made before 31st July 2025.

2. How to Refer

  • Your friend must mention your full name before receiving their quote.

  • Referrals made after a quote has been issued will not qualify.

  • Only one referrer can be named per new customer - no shared referrals.

3. What You’ll Receive

If your referral results in a completed installation:

  • You receive: £250 (paid via bank transfer) + a free annual service.

  • Your friend receives: £250 off their installation + a free annual service.

Rewards are issued once:

  • The referred friend’s installation is complete, and

  • Final payment has been received.

4. Eligibility of Installations

  • This offer applies to any installation that includes a heat pump.

  • Jobs that include additional products or services are eligible, as long as a heat pump is being installed.

  • Installations that do not include a heat pump do not qualify for this referral scheme.

5. Key Dates

  • The referral must be made before 31st July 2025.

  • Your friend’s quote must also be issued before this date.

  • There is no deadline for the installation to be completed - but no rewards will be issued until the job is paid in full.

6. About the Free Annual Service

  • The service must be claimed by the customer - it will not be automatically booked.

  • There is no expiry date, but it must be used for a qualifying heat pump unit.

7. Additional Details

  • Referrals can be made by individuals or companies.

  • Businesses/landlords may refer multiple jobs - rewards apply per successful installation.

  • The £250 installation discount can be combined with other offers, but will not exceed the total value of the installation.

  • Rewards and services are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

8. Fraud, Misuse & Disputes

  • We reserve the right to withhold rewards if false information or misuse is suspected.

  • In the case of a dispute, our decision is final.

  • Each referred customer may only list one referrer - this name is final.

9. Privacy Notice

  • By taking part, you agree that your data may be used for marketing purposes.

  • Both the referrer and referred friend must agree to basic information being shared with our team to validate the referral.
